Baywood Home Care Services
(Formerly Homewatch Home Care Services)

The care and assistance provided in Assisted Living and Nursing Homes CAN be provided in people's own homes!
  • Our standard fees are $27 per hour or $275 per day.  Click here to download a printable copy of our fees.  To see a cost comparison of Home Care to Nursing Homes or Assisted Living in Minnesota click here.

  • Our caregivers provide in-home care and assistance under the supervision of Registered Nurses. All Baywood Home Care (formerly Homewatch Home Care) caregivers are certified Home Health Aide's (HHA's). HHA's have similar qualifications to a Nursing Assistant. Scroll down this page for a complete list of the home care services our Home Health Aides and Registered Nurses can provide.

  • Our Registered Nurses can provide case management, which ensures that an individual's entire needs are being addressed from personal care to transportation to home management.  The Nurse's role is to promote the best possible physical, social, and emotional well-being for the client and to give families peace of mind by knowing that their loved one's needs are being cared for, holistically.  We do everything we can to make it as simple as possible for seniors to continue living their life at home.  Our RN Case Management Services are generally included at no additional charge.

  • Baywood Home Care (previously Homewatch Home Care) provides: respite care that helps fill in for family caregivers, assistance for a few hours each week, and 24-hour/live-in care. Care can be provided anytime, day or night.  Our goal is to be flexible to meet each person's needs so that they can stay living at home, rather than move to assisted living or nursing homes.
  • Our minimum service requirement is generally 3-hours per visit.  We can sometimes do a 2-hour visit.  Please call our office for complete information and if necessary, we will provide you with a referral to another reliable home care agency with a lesser minimum requirement of service.
  • Baywood Home Care (previously Homewatch Home Care) had a zero-deficiency audit in 2008 by the Minnesota Department of Health!  Click Here to look up the survey results of Minnesota Home Care Agencies.
  • Below, we have listed some of the services that we can offer to people. Our services are not charged 'a la carte' like in many Assisted Living homes; but rather, our clients pay an hourly or daily rate for their caregiver's time. During that time, our clients receive care and assistance that is personalized to their needs.  We do our very best to provide our clients with consistent caregivers, so they can get to know and trust one another.  Each Baywood Home Care client (previously Homewatch client) has a Nurse Care Manager who supervises the care, performs skilled assessments, and does other case management.  The time put in by the Nurse Care Manager is an added value of Baywood Home Care (previously Homewatch Home Care) and we generally do not charge for the Nurse visits and services.
  • We can generally start or change service with 24-hours notice.
